The service opened with Deacon Mickie Bainter reading Psalm 20:1-9 and saying a prayer. Worship Leader Jacob Hatcher led the congregation in song.

After a time of fellowship, announcements were presented by Deacon Chandler Bainter. In addition to some of the standard church activities, a Pastoral Search Committee Report was given and the entire church body was invited to participate at a Q&A discussion at the next Souper Sunday. Associate Pastor Brandon Saunders continued the service with a Pastoral Prayer, then read Philippians 4:10-13. Hatcher continued leading the gathered in song.

Deacon Gary Cook said a prayer before the offering was collected, then Hatcher played his guitar while the plates where passed.

After the sermon, What a Friend We Have In Jesus was sung during a time of reflection and response, then a closing benediction from the Bible was read.
